Ouzil Beef

Grass fed Beef, paired with broccoli, carrot, cauliflower & peas. With a hint of parsley.
 

Beef - Our native breed of cattle (Dexter) does very well without supplementary feeding. We never feed grain and the cattle are only ever grass fed, as well as being pasture raised. This breed is kept approximately 3 times longer than your standard beef cow. This makes it ‘healthy beef’ containing abundant levels of fatty acids which are beneficial to human and canine health. 

Carrot -  Is a particularly good source of beta-carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants. Plus, they’re low in calories. (the carrots are locally sourced).

Broccoli - brimming with several essential nutrients, including vitamin C, K, folate and fiber.  Broccoli provides high levels of cancer fighting antioxidants. It also helps to boost and protect the immune system. 

Cauliflower -  Offers numerous health benefits, including antioxidant protection, digestive health support from its high fiber content, and the presence of vitamins C and K for immune and bone health. It contains compounds like sulforaphane that may help prevent cancer and heart disease by lowering cholesterol.

Peas - We use whole peas as they have more benefits than dried, fresh whole peas are a delicious and versatile vegetable with  health-promoting antioxidants as well as a wide spectrum of nutrients including vitamins C, K and B1, manganese, fibre and folate, all of which are highly beneficial.

Parsley - well known for keeping a dog’s breath fresh. Parsley is a good source of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and vitamin E.
